Local school uniform (products with school logos or badges embroidered) are not included in M&S’ current free delivery offer. Mixed baskets (those containing schoolwear items included in our free delivery offer as well as local school uniform or other non-qualifying products) will show a deduction of the delivery amount from schoolwear items only. For example, a basket containing one schoolwear item and one non-qualifying item would charge half the usual delivery cost of your total basket.

Unwanted items can be returned for exchange or full refund provided they are returned within 35 days of purchase with a valid receipt or parcel summary document. Please return any unwanted items in their original packaging using the Royal Mail pre-paid postage label provided. If items are returned with an expired receipt or parcel summary document or without any receipt, we will offer you a credit receipt or exchange to the value of the last known selling price.

You have certain rights as a consumer, including legal rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For further information about your legal rights in the UK, contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen’s Advice Bureau. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will affect these legal rights and, in particular, we will perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions with reasonable care and skill. Any products we supply to you will be of satisfactory quality. If we deliver a product to you that is not of satisfactory quality, you can contact us for a repair or replacement or, where this is not possible, for a refund. Click here for contact us details.
