Big disappointment
Saw Whitley love seat in Glen Check wool in store and was just what we had been looking for in terms of size, design and colour. Took delivery and within days the seat fabric went baggy and now has to be smoothed back into the sides to recreate smooth appearance every time someone has sat on it. Hugely disappointed and M and S have shown no interest in my complaint. Will not be buying from the company in future.

Great little sofa
Bought two chairs in Baker Chenille caramel fabric a year ago which I have been very pleased with and wanted a small sofa to match. The style of the Whitley Love Seat is very similar to my chairs and the fabric matches exactly, so I am very pleased with all of it. The sofa is perfect for a small room and for occasional use, perhaps not comfortable for sitting in for hours but suits my needs and I bought it during a sale so good value for money.

Great little sofa
Comfortably seats two adults, nice proportions for a little cottage.

Good for small spaces
I bought this in tan leather. Generally good quality, though some puckering on the arms. Not an issue as the leather has a distressed look, but if a smart leather look is needed this may be a factor.
The leather smells very strongly even a month after delivery, again not really an issue.
I bought in the sale, so excellent value for money.
The sofa/love seat looks good in a small place and dresses well with cushions. This is my only slight disappointment as with cushions (thin ones at that) it makes the seat rather shallow, so it feels like perching rather than a a comfy experience. Good for occasional seating, not a sink in, comfy chair.
Great experience with the delivery, well informed throughout and quick, courteous staff.
