Login in to My Account to track the progress of your order.
If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package by clicking the Track packages link in My Account. The delivery service and carrier for your package will be listed in My Account and in your despatch confirmation email.
To track Wine Club subscription orders, click the Track My Subscriptions link in My Account. Here you will see details of any subscription deliveries on their way to you. If your subscription order is about to be despatched, you will see an estimated delivery date. You will also see how many days you have to change or cancel the next delivery.
Please note that some deliveries such as Made to Measure Shirts, large appliances and Food to Order cannot be tracked.
If you're not sure whether your order has been despatched, check the status of your recent orders in My Account. In addition, your tracking information may not be showing as soon as you receive your despatch confirmation email, as there is a short delay while it is processed through our carriers' systems.
Most furniture, large TVs and large electrical appliances are delivered by our specialist delivery companies. You will be contacted when your order is ready to be delivered to agree a convenient delivery date and time.
