so comfortable to wear all day can eat a big meal and not feel squeezed....have just brought 2 more and will wear them all the time...I am a size 14/16 and ordered 40c which fits perfectly I tried it on in store originally to find my size and now I order them on line..i find it doesn't make me a lot smaller but I look slimmer because all my lumps and bumps are smoothed out and I always get so many compliments please m and s do more clolours give these a try they have boosted my confidence so much

I have purchased lots of M&S control underwear in the past with great comfort and fit. Not this model! It is very high cut under the arms and made for an uncomfortable evening. Rather disappointing as it was great in all other respects. Also can not return it now as I only discovered this problem after 3 hours wear and it wasn't cheap.

Wore this to a works dinner and it was very comfortable even when I had eaten. Felt it smoothed out some of the bumps and made me feel more confident to wear my special outfit.

This was so tight across the legs/tops of thighs I couldn't bear to wear it for any period of time. I am a petite size 12, and am not huge in the thigh region! Slightly long in the body for anyone of 5'2" or less.

I was a sceptic as tried many slimming garments previously and never wore them twice. This one is slimming gives the waist a fab look and made me look a size smaller in my dress and I wear a size 16. Definitely firms and is comfy no fiddling required.

This does not lift, tuck or shape you in any way shape or form! Don't buy unless you want to waste your time taking it back!!

This is a really nice body suit but does not hold you in at all.

What can I say I have had 6 children and thanks to this shapewear my wobbly bits are smoothed out...I always get people saying they cant believe ive had so many children as my figure looks great...its definately down to this...its comfortable to wear all day and I wouldnt be with out it ive brought 4 and theyve lasted over 18 months now and still going strong..ive just ordered another one to keep them topped up... give it a try works wonderfully for me.. im size 14/16 and went for 40c (did try a few sizes in the shop first) once I found my size just order online now..not expecting to be a size 12 in it and dont want to feel squashed I look slimmer in it because it gets rid of bumps...only wish they did more colours!!!!!

After reading the reviews I wondered what to expect. As I am a 40C size 16 I find it hard finding shapewear as most are 38" or you need to have bigger cups to get a 40". It is true this isn't firmwear so if you are wanting firm don't buy this. Saying this though it does streamline my silhouette, is comfortable, no VPL and nice shaped cups for v neck dresses . At first I thought this is no good, but on 2nd thoughts I am going to keep it. I have tried endless bodies that are so tight the end result is worse because of bulging skin from under the seams and not comfortable. Firmwear isn't a miracle worker and I have to be realistic about what can be achieved by buying one. It smoothed my shape and makes my dress look better, which is i guess what I wanted. It doesn't make me a dress size smaller though but it makes my dress hang better. A bit pricey at £39.50 but maybe its worth it to feel comfortable for hours on end at a party, or if using it regularly.

Unfortunately I returned this item and exchanged it for a second 'Waist Sculp Firm Control Bonded A-DD Body'. The material is extremely thin and flimsy and held nothing in whatsoever. I am slender and just wanted something to give me ultimate smoothness hence if I was larger it would have done even less. All that said, it is true to size and a lovely neutral colour. It really should be sold as 'light control'. In contrast the Waist Sculpt body feels like an iron- lung and holds everything in!!!!

This is not a firm control garment - the flimsy ultra-stretchy fabric is far too thin to have any effect. I liked the adjustable straps but found it completely useless at holding in the waist/hip area which was what I wanted it for. I've bought shapewear in the past which has worked really well - this one will be going straight back to M&S!

Love the style but seems to be getting more of a medium strength than a firm control.
