Bought last year and does give you a lovely smooth shape - am a curvy 10-12, always with a little round tum, so this flattens it out very well for close fitting dresses and helps to give a lovely hour glass shape.

Top may roll down a bit as the day progresses and give a thought to what you wear it with as a trip to the loo could involve virtually undressing as the top is right up against your bra if you're 5ft 3!
If you're taller or long bodied, could see that the firmness may push skin upwards to give a roll, so a body may be better. But if you prefer to wear a bra (due to shape of your top or if you are an awkward size like me - 32E/F) this is a good option.

These do exactly what you want them to do. I'm a size 16 and with these (and high heels) my stomach is nice and flat and my waist a lot more defined! I would wear them every day if I didn't know corsetting yourself up is bad! Oh, while wearing these don't eat a huge meal and then go to the theatre. Bad idea. But I do it every time.

I attended a wedding yesterday and nearly did'nt wear a lovely dress I had purchased from M&S as my profile did'nt look great, tried these Waist Cinchers and they made a great difference, my waistline looked much trimmer and created a much smoother effect. Had them on all day and evening and felt very comfortable, would highly recommend this product.
