Pinot Grigio is hugely popular as a refreshing, easy-going dry white. Italy makes many examples, but here is a modern, stylish Pinot Grigio from Argentina. The grapes were grown at the foot of the Andes mountains, in the picturesque Uco Valley, San Carlos, in the Mendoza region. This wine is unoaked and winemaker Cristian Garcia has added a little Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc grapes to 90% Pinot Grigio for extra flavour and fruit intensity
