Really strange fit
I ordered this coat because I wanted a raincoat that would fit tall people. The fit was very poor and the sleeves were miles too long - a problem I've never had before. I take a 37 inch shirt sleeve so don't have short arms. Also the pockets felt like they were up by my chest. It felt like a coat cut to fit standard length people but made with extra long sleeves so that it could be sold as suitable for tall people. Not recommended unless you are a monkey!

Autograph Pure Cotton Stormwear Trench Coat
I purchased this coat and collected it from my local store. On my arrival home and trying on my new purchase, I found the sleeves were very tight for a coat of this size. The sleeves also seem disproportionately long for me. Whilst the quality of the garment and its finish is obviously very high, the shape and tightness of the sleeves is quite disappointing.

great jacket for the tall
A great jacket for the tall, the arms are long but not an issue at all if you are tall like myself at 6"5. Without M&S all my jackets would be either like a tent or have sleeves at my elbows on me, keep up the good work

Nice coat, shame about the sleeves
Lovely coat, slim fit, good colour. The major downside though is that you need enormous arms. The sleeves are just too long. Such a shame......
