ABOUT THIS WINE:Winemaker Peter Leske believes in a minimal intervention in the vineyard, with the hot climate allowing the grapes to ripen fully, naturally. This produces a crisp wine with pure damson and blackcurrant flavours and the typical Shiraz spice note.

SERVING:Great with rich tomato-based pasta dishes and spiced, barbequed meats.

ABOUT THIS WINE:Grown on 30 year old bush vines the Syrah and Grenache grapes produce a wine that is full of concentration and bursting with sweet berry fruit flavours. Winemaker Nathalie Estribeau aged a portion of the wine for 12 months in oak barrels to create a softness on the finish and a hint of coffee on the palate. SERVING:; A rich red such as this one is ideal paired with pork filet in a cranberry and red wine sauce or mature hard cheeses.
