Sussex Golden Ale
ABOUT THIS BEER: Keeping up the long tradition of brewing in Horsham, West Sussex, Hepworth & Co was opened in 2000 by Andy Hepworth, former Head Brewer of King & Barnes, John Tewson, Paul Webb and Tim Goacher. Sussex Golden Ale is a finely crafted golden ale, brewed especially for M&S from locally grown Barley malt, Admiral and Golding hops. Formally known as Sussex Bitter, we have changed the name to Sussex Golden Ale to more accurately reflect the style.

SERVING: Best served cool not cold to appreciate all the flavours. Drink with bangers and mash, pie and chips or light BBQ dishes.

Cambridgeshire Golden Ale
ABOUT THIS BEER: This is a light golden beer brewed with English Challenger hops for bitterness and American Mount Hood hops for its distinctive clean citrus aroma. Dry hopping before bottling gives a burst of flavour on the palate and a subtle bitterness that lingers beautifully. On the front label the steam trains of the Nene Valley Railway are a familiar sight in the countryside around Peterborough, where this ale is brewed.

SERVING:
Best serve chilled not cold to appreciate all the flavours. This summertime drink is best served chilled and goes well with any spicy foods, or with a quintessential English barbecue.

Norfolk Bitter

The Woodforde's brewery was named after Parson Woodforde, a noted eighteenth century Norfolk clergyman whose diaries reveal his passion for good food and good ale - which he often brewed himself

Cornish Ale
ABOUT THIS BEER:
This bottle contained ale has been uniquely brewed using locally grown Cornish gold malt, traditionally malted using a special kilning process to develop a deep bronze colour and intense flavour. The sweet, lightly nutty malt balances well with zesty orange and spicy aromas from the hops
