How do Wine Plans work?
Step 1 Sign up and get a generous saving on a 12 bottle introductory case. It will be delivered 5-7 working days after you subscribe.
Step 2 Choose from a Red, White or Mixed case to be sent quarterly. All cases cost £59.90 - just £4.99 a bottle. That’s a saving of at least 20% on each case.
Step 3 You’ll receive a preview of every case before your next delivery. This gives you the opportunity to change the type of wine or the delivery address, skip a delivery or even cancel with no obligation.
You don’t have to do anything else! Cases will continue to be delivered automatically every quarter unless you skip or cancel. Delivery is FREE. We offer a money back guarantee if you’re dissatisfied with your wine for any reason.
How do I subscribe?
Choose from a Red, White or Mixed case, or sign up for more than one if you cannot decide. Click on ‘Wine Plans’ in our online Wine Shop and you’ll be guided through the subscription process.
Can I get more than one type of case each quarter?
Yes. Red, White or Mixed cases are available on separate subscriptions. You can sign up for as many as you like, for yourself or for others. These cases make fantastic gifts – subscribe a loved one and they’ll receive a case of wine each quarter.
Can I receive multiples of the same case each quarter?
Yes, you can receive up to 10 cases of the same wines on each subscription plan. Your default will always be one case but you can increase the quantity for your next delivery using ‘View and Edit My Subscriptions’. If you would like different cases e.g. A Red and a White, you will need to sign up to more than one subscription.
Can I change my wine preference?
You have the flexibility of choosing whether to receive a Red, White or Mixed case for each delivery. Before every delivery, you’ll be emailed with details of each case. If you would like to change your preference, you’ll have the opportunity to do so.
How do I view or edit my subscription details?
Click the ‘My Account’ link at the top of our website pages. Go to ‘View and Edit Subscriptions’. You can edit your subscriptions by changing the delivery address, payment details or type of wine. You can skip a delivery, or cancel a subscription.
Your changes will affect the next delivery unless it is already on its way to you. If your delivery has already despatched, details will be shown on the ‘View and Edit Subscriptions’ page. If it is due to despatch, you will see how many days you have left to edit your preferences.
If you call our Customer Service centre they will be happy to give guidance to enable you to edit your details. Please remember that they won’t be able to amend your details for you as only you have access to your Subscription Account. You’re in complete control.
What are my options for editing Wine Plan deliveries?
From ‘View and Edit Subscriptions’ in ‘My Account’, you will be able to do the following:

Can I cancel a subscription?
You can cancel online at any time with no obligation. Click the ‘My Account’ link at the top of our website pages. Go to ‘View and Edit Subscriptions’ and you’ll see the option to cancel. Your cancellation will stop future deliveries except those which were already on their way to you.
Can I nominate a delivery date?
The logistics of managing a high volume of subscriptions makes it impossible to offer nominated day delivery. However we will email you before we send each delivery and you can track your subscription deliveries. You’ll find that your deliveries arrive at roughly the same time every quarter. Remember you can choose a home or work delivery address and you can skip a delivery if you know you’re going to be away.
What if I am out when my wine arrives?
If you’re out, the driver will try a neighbour or find a safe place to leave your wine. If they cannot find a safe place, your delivery will be returned to the depot. The driver will leave you a card explaining where your wine is and what to do next. Remember you can choose a home or work delivery address.
How will my credit or debit card be charged for subscriptions?
When you subscribe you authorise us to retain your credit or debit card details securely for ongoing automatic deliveries. Each time a delivery is despatched to you, your card will be charged so you only need to enter your details once to get a delivery every quarter. We will inform you if your card is about to expire so you can change your payment details.
Are tasting notes provided?
Tasting notes are available online to help you get the best out of your Wine Plan. In line with Plan A, our environmental policy, we will not be including tasting notes with your wine case.
Will you let me know before you send my Wine Plan delivery?
Yes, we will email you with details of all our wine cases before we despatch your delivery. We will give you the opportunity to change your preference or skip the delivery.
Please make any changes quickly as you will not be able to edit your preferences once the delivery is on its way to you. You can see how many days you have left on the ‘View and Edit Subscriptions’ page. If you are happy with the proposed delivery, you don’t need to do
What if I don't like the wines I receive?
Wines are covered by our 100% money back guarantee. If you're not happy with the wines for any reason, please telephone our Customer Service Centre for assistance on 0845 609 0200.
Why can’t I pay for my subscription with the rest of my online shopping?
Our subscriptions go through a separate checkout. You will be able to save the rest of your shopping to your basket and continue shopping after you have completed the subscription process.
Will I get loyalty points if I use my M&S card?
Yes, you will receive loyalty points as usual when you pay with your M&S credit card. However as Wine Plan cases are offered at a substantial discount, you won’t be able to use M&S bonus points offers for the Wine Plan
