  The Stonechurch vineyards are set in what is known as the golden triangle of South Africa's Cape wine-lands, in the famous region of Stellenbosch. The Chenin Blanc grape variety is a Cape speciality; these vines grow on prime south-facing slopes cooled by the sea breezes blowing in off nearby False Bay.
• Local winemaker Danielle le Roux, a veteran of France, Italy and California, selected perfectly ripe grapes and made the wine with great care to let the fresh, natural flavours shine
