ABOUT THIS WINE: This dry white is a harmonious blend of Garganega, one of the principal grapes used in Soave and the ever popular Pinot Grigio. Winemaker Alessandro Michelon has extracted maximum flavour from both varieties to create a clean fresh contemporary unoaked white.
SERVING: Delicious on its own as an aperitif, and a versatile match for grilled fish, seafood salad and light meat dishes. Try pairing it with veal escalope.
KEEPING: This style of wine is best enjoyed when it is fresh and young. We recommend drinking within 3 months of purchase. Once opened the wine will remain in good condition for up to 2 days if resealed and kept in a cool place.
