ABOUT THIS WINE: The grapes for this wine are 100% Pinot Grigio, better known for the still white wine it produces in Italy, but here used to make a fresh and appealing premium sparkler. The fruit was picked in the Lombardy region, in the area of Italy, and the winemaker was Alberto Canino, one of the most experienced producers in the region.

SERVING: Serve this wine lightly chilled. It makes a perfect aperitif or celebration wine on its own and will go well with light savoury canapes, especially ones made with seafood, and because it is soft and easy-going, it makes a good partner for sweeter cakes too.
KEEPING: This wine is at its best enjoyed when young and vibrant. Drink soon after purchase or within one year.

First time I have tried this wine and it really is gorgeous, I will most certainly be buying it again, lovely bubbles and very refreshing .
