Southwold Summer IPA - Case of 20
Great American style IPA, not too bitter, great depth of flavour should be in the range all year round, or maybe Adnams who brew this could add it to their range, as this is definitely the best IPA you can buy from a British brewer . Get rid of the terrible Staffordshire IPA in the M&S range.

Gives St Austell a run for their money
I must confess that St Austells Proper jobs has always been my favourite and, in many peoples opinions the best, bottled IPA.
Well they have some competition now in the form of Adnams Summer IPA.
Forget the description that it is based on American hops - this is in not way shape of form anything like lager or other American beers.
The taste is almost as good as St Austells but where it wins is on body.
At 6.7% it is a real heavy weight and needs to be treated with respect.
However it is one of the best bottled IPAs I have tasted.
