brought this in december 12th all going great untill monday evening when we had lines on the clock, returned it to bluewater 1hour drive away from us last night got a replacement, got home hay ho set up new one and guess what a screen with a line down it rang store and hopffuly waiting for a third one to be sent from the the store if it happens again i will want a full refund. i only changed from our cheap £20 which we had for two years no problem because we have all other things sony at home and liked the modern look of it maybe i shouldnt have bothered fingers crossed its third time luckey

Damaged pixel

Impressive screen quality for the size and price, however, there was a damaged pixel showing as a red dot on the screen of the one I bought. Have returned for a replacement which I have yet to receive. I only hope it will be ok and not defective also (hence the low offer price?)

I was so impressed with the looks & potential of this photo frame that I bought 1 for myself & 2 as presents last Christmas(2008). Unfortunately I have had to have 2 of them replaced within the last month as they both developed 'blocks' on the screen when in the analogue clock mode. I am disappointed that Sony heven't rectified this obvious known fault but am glad that M & S supply a 2 year no quibble guarantee as I am now waiting for the third frame to develop the same fault!!
