Small Longhaul Soft Value Rollercase
I have only used this bag once and already it looks shabby (I was only a train, so it wasn't being thrown about by baggage handlers), and the expandable handle feels as if it's about to fall apart. The main issue I have with it, however, is that it is incredibly unstable - once packed, it fell forward as soon as I put it on the ground. I was leaving it unattended for a while and had to remove a fragile item in case someone so much as touched it. All the weight falls forward over the stand and I don't think it would stand up at all if expanded. This sounds trivial, but it was quite annoying and unecessary - my previous small case never did this. This one will be going back.

Poor Quality Rollercase
Dont buy this! I know we get what we pay for, but the zip burst the first time I took the case on a short trip (no airline baggage handlers involved - we travelled by train). The bag was not overfull, but the zips are poor. Taking it back to M and S tomorrow. Disappointing, as the last (more expensive) case we bought from them has been a robust and successfully well-travelled friend.

Easyjet hand luggage
I purchased this case for hand luggage whilst traveling with Easyjet. We needed 3 cases so got two of these and a more expensive one (Longhaul Soft Astrolite Small Rollercase) that expanded to almost the same size and would also fit Ryanair criteria (this one is too big for Ryanair).

Have not used this yet,but think it is a really good design for someone like me who has back problems.I wanted something that was lightweight so it would be comparatively easy to get on and off a train. For this money it is not much of a risk.
