What can I do on the mobile enabled site?

It works just like our usual online shopping. If you've shopped with us before, you can sign into your existing account, shop and check out in the usual way. You can switch between a computer and mobile and any items in your basket will still be there.

If you're new to marksandspencer.com, you can create a new account from your mobile and you can use the same account details to shop from a computer.

What can't I do on the mobile enabled site?

The mobile enabled site is simplified to make it faster and easier to use. You won't be able to track orders, access your wish list, M&S TV, M&S for Business or order "little extras" with flowers. You will not be able to access our microsites: M&S Money, M&S Large Appliances, Made to Measure Shirts, Personalised Cards or our corporate site. If you need to access these sites and functions, please use the full website.

How much does M&S mobile cost to use?
You’ll be charged your normal mobile web data charges in the same way as if you view any other web content on your mobile phone. We have simplified our mobile site to load quickly and use less data.

How do I place an order on my mobile?
Select the item you want then add it to your basket. M&S mobile uses your existing M&S web account details, so once you’re ready, just click on checkout and follow the prompts as they appear.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept: M&S Credit Card, M&S Chargecard, M&S Budget Card, M&S Gift Cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Delta and Maestro/Switch cards.
Payment is made using the existing payment methods you set up with your M&S web account. 

Can I use a gift card?
Gift cards can be used on our mobile enabled site for any clothing, beauty and homewear purchases.

Is it safe to enter my payment details on my phone?
We take security seriously. Your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. It’s just like ordering on our full website.

What are my delivery options?
Delivery options are the same as our full website.

Standard: £3.50 per address, up to 5 working days from when you place order.

Nominated Day: Choose your delivery day. £4.50 per address.  Free delivery for orders over £150 when you enter FREENDAY at checkout.

Store Collection: Free. Only available for clothing, beauty and homeware.

International: Orders for most international destinations can be placed online. Delivery rates and destinations can be found here.

How do I return items?
Just like orders placed on our full website, returnable and unwanted items can be returned in store or by post for exchange or full refund within 35 days of purchase. Must include your parcel summary document
