Poor system product ok
I ordered the suit on line on one of the regular 20% off days as M & S suits seems to be a good quality. The order went through and delivery was scheduled for the next week when I could get in to the store to collect. 24 hours before I received an email saying only the jacket was available and supplied/debited my account. It had to then be returned for a credit to be issued. My issue is that they should not have accepted the initial order if stock was an issue or they should have contacted me to ask if I still wanted the jacket rather than supplying half a suit.

Excellent .... ....3 Piece...
Excellent value suit. Especially as a 3 Piece. (Although finding it as a 3 piece on the Website took A LOT of detective work. Waistcoat listed completely seperately from the suit.) I think you would struggle to find a better suit for less than £500. Certainly better than any of the other highstreet chains.
