Faultless service and fantastic item
My son and I are equally pleased with this purchase, me because of the 20% saving on the price and the faultless service - good communication about delivery time and the courteous, efficient delivery team who assembled the desk and took away all the packaging, and my son who loves the design, style and moderate size of the desk which fulfils his needs perfectly.

Great bit of furniture
Like everyone else I am really pleased with this desk come shelving unit. With limited space to play with against one wall I was looking for a desk that wasn't too deep. It fits perfectly and the extra shelving above for books etc is a bonus. I also purchased the Sapporo 6 drawer unit with fits perfectly underneath the desk at one side with room for a chair beside it. So a really functional piece of furniture. But also looks great - the bamboo finish looks really good with the other furniture. Am trying to decide whether I can fit the Sapporo shelving unit in as well next to it for a really great storage solution. Also very impressed that M&S delivered this on a bank holiday 3 days after I ordered it and assembled it too! All round very impressed by first M&S furniture buy - may be back for more.

Does everything is says on the box
Great looking, functional and well constructed. I'm very happy with my purchase and my daughter is very happy with her desk. One word of warning however, it's quite light-weight and if placed on carpet (as we have done) it is essential to use the wall attachment as the desk is a little unstead and prone to rocking without additional support (this is not an issue on a flat, wood or tile floor)
