Good quality pillows, but if these are sold as firm I can't imagine how the medium support is. I was very disappointed with this product.

Perfect if you hate puffy pillows November 23, 2008

I agree with the other review, particularly the part about these being firm, without being too hard. They are ideal if, like me, you hate pillows that puff up around your head and neck.

I must admit when my pillows arrived I was a little worried, as they were rolled flat and on shaking they fluffed up, but felt quite soft.
I am pleased that I chose 'Firm' as they give the support without being hard, but still feel 'cosy and soft'
I am really delighted with my pillows, look forward to putting my head down each night. I am considering buying 2 more.
