Pure Cotton Quick Iron Poplin Shirt
Button without a hole
Look at the slits at the cuffs. One sleeve has a redundant button and a buttonhole. The other has a redundant button and no corresponding buttonhole.
You've rejected every penname I suggest and wasted 20 minutes of my time.

A good style of shirt, just.
A good work wear shirt. I have been buyng them for three years. Now, the sharp ends of the collar seems to be showing wear earlier than before. The cotton seems to be thinner. The shirts are some times brilliant white and in other cases just white and not as white as some other shirts in the shop.
For reference the shirts I am talking about are 7978 753. They are T11 07303/7271.

Style not quite to my liking
The problem with M & S shirts in recent years, is that they moved to a much higher collar style, which does not suit people with short necks. It causes the collars to crumple, and is not as comfortable as the older narrower collars used to be.
The height of the collat the back is 4.5cms and the older ones were around 3.5 to 3.7 cms high.
Many of the other shirt making firms do a collar that is a standard 3.7cms high at the back and correspondling less deep at the sides.
Is there any chance of M & S taking this into account?
