Pre-Ordering


What is pre-ordering?

Occasionally, we will offer you the option of placing orders for new items before they are launched or available in store. This is called pre-order. Where we offer this, it will be shown on the product detail page, together with an estimate of how soon we expect the item to be available.

Please note that you may have to wait several weeks for your pre-ordered item to be despatched. If you add other items to the same delivery as your pre-ordered item, they will be delayed. You may want to place a separate order to get your other items quicker. 

When will I receive my pre-ordered items?

Pre-ordered items will be despatched after the advertised date.
All items in your order will be despatched at the same time. If you have other items in your basket that aren't pre-order and you want them sooner, you may want to have them delivered separately.

Pre-order items will be delivered using our standard delivery service. So, once they have been despatched, they'll arrive in 3 -5 working days for most postcodes (Highlands, Islands BFPO and Northern Ireland addresses may take up to 7 working days). We'll email you when your order is despatched. A nominated day service may be offered for selected items such as Christmas hampers.

We will take payment for your pre-order items only when your order is despatched.

In very rare circumstances we may not be able to fulfil your order. It may be that we have stock delivery issues at our warehouse that are beyond our control. Should any problems with the availability of your order occur, we will let you know as soon as possible and keep you up to date.

Our usual cancellation and returns policies apply to all pre-order items.
