Brewed exclusively for Marks & Spencer by the Carlow Brewing Co. County Carlow, Ireland by the O'Hara Brothers. Based On an Authentic recipe first introduced around 1740. A unique blend of roasted malts and bitter hops ensures av delciously balances and smooth flavour. Back label icon reference:the town of Carlow is noted for the Brownshill Dolmen, a megalithic portal tomb, that weighs an estimated 100 tons and is said to be the heaviest in Europe. Based on an orginal recipe from 1899 created with the collaboration of renowned chocolatier Simon Dunn. The Unicorn Brewery was established by the Robinson family in 1838 and is still run by the family to this day. SERVING: Main courses such as gammon and pork as well as chocolate puddings.
