  This stunning cuvée is aged for over 3 years, despite the minimum ageing permitted in Champagne for non-vintage being 15 months. The Pinot Noir grapes which contribute body and depth of character are picked primarily from the villages of the Montagne de Reims. The Pinot Meunier grapes contribute youthful freshness and plump fruit character and are drawn from the Vallée de la Marne and the Petite Vallée d'Epernay.
• The Chardonnay grapes finally lend lightness, elegance and finesse to the blend and are from Epernay and the heart of the Côtes des Blancs
