  Piedmont, in the north-west of Italy, is famous for its fine wines, not only the rich reds, but the well-balanced, subtle whites too. This Piemontese white is made mainly from hand-picked Chardonnay, with 15% local grape Cortese in the blend. Winemaker Claudio Manera has left it in unoaked for a fresh, naturally fruity style of Chardonnay. This wine has been sealed with a screw cap. Our aim is to choose the most suitable closure for each wine
