ABOUT THIS WINE: Some of the best Pinot Noir grapes in Champagne grow in the old, tranquil, countryside village of Les Riceys, in the far South of Champagne. We use only ripe Pinot Noir grapes from the limestone hills around Les Riceys to make this rosé. The slightly warmer summers in the south of the region help produce a Champagne full of generous flavours.

SERVING: This Champagne is delicious on its own or with dishes such as salmon with tarragon or grilled chicken with almonds. Serve chilled, around 7°C.
