ABOUT THIS WINE: Marks & Spencer has worked closely with Philippe Launois, chief winemaker at the House of Oudinot, to create a refined, dry champagne with a clean citrus flavour. Chardonnay grapes are used predominantly in this champagne.

SERVING: The perfect aperitif or celebration drink. This Champagne is delicious served on it's own, or with delicate canapes and seafood starters. Ideal serving temperature 7°C.

KEEPING: This wine is ready to drink now or enjoy within 1 year while it is fresh and young. Store in a cool, dry place.

Oudinot Rosé Brut Champagne NV

ABOUT THIS WINE:Marks & Spencer has created this delightful rosé Champagne by working closely with Philippe Launois of the House of Oudinot. A blend of the red grapes Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier has been used, and the delicate peachy-pink colour has been achieved by allowing the juice to mingle for a few hours with the crushed grape skin.

SERVING: It would make a delightful aperitif or a romantic celebration wine, or pair it with fine starters and snacks such as fresh prawns or parma ham. Ideal serving temperature 7°C.
