Why register for an online account?
An online account, called My Account, allows you to do the following:

How can I change my account details?
What happens if I forget my password?
Your payment details are remembered so you don’t have to enter them every time you order. They are encrypted for security and you may sometimes be asked to re-enter them for security.
How can I keep my account details safe?
If you use a shared or public computer, we advise you to log out of your account completely after use. You can do this by clicking the Sign Out link next to your name at the top right of the screen.
As a responsible retailer, we are obliged to make every effort to ensure that we don’t sell age restricted products to underage customers. This also fulfils a legal requirement.
Once input, your date of birth cannot be removed from our system. We need to retain this information as evidence that we have complied with legal requirements and did not sell age restricted products to an underage customer. This does not affect your legal rights.
Wine Club Subscription FAQs
You can manage your Wine Plan in My Account. Here you can View and Edit Subscriptions and you can Track My Subscriptions. When we are ready to send your delivery, an estimated delivery date will appear in Track My Subscription Orders under Recently Despatched Subscriptions.
Click the My Account link at the top of the website pages. Go to View and Edit Subscriptions. You can edit your wine plan by changing the billing address, delivery address, payment details or type of wine. You can skip a delivery, increase the number of cases or cancel a subscription.
Your changes will affect the next delivery unless it is already on its way to you. If your delivery has already despatched, details will be shown on the View and Edit Subscriptions page. If it is due to despatch, you will see how many days you have left to edit your preferences.
If you call our Customer Service centre they will be happy to give guidance to enable you to edit your details. Please remember that only you have access to your Subscription Account so they won't be able to amend your details for you.
How do I track my Wine Plan?
From Track My Subscriptions in My Account you will be able to view any deliveries on their way to you and see an estimated date for any delivery about to be despatched.
Why can't I pay for my subscription with the rest of my online shopping?
Our subscriptions go through a separate checkout process. You will be able to save the rest of your shopping to your basket and continue shopping after you have completed the subscription process.
