Montevista Viognier - Case of 6
Sorry, this item is no longer available
Bright, vibrant and expressive with a touch of fresh pear and ripe grapefruit. Wonderfully pure, lifted and aromatic with a long, textural finish.
This grape variety is native to the South of France but is beginning to gain popularity in South America where it works well in the cooler coastal areas where it gains expression from developing full ripe fruit flavours as well as retaining a bright acidity and youthful perfumed aromas typical of this grape variety. A refreshing wine with full and zesty fruit flavours which make it a great alternative to Chardonnay.

Delicious Crisp new World White

Just enough body to give this delicious wine some charm. Long enough on the palate, and great value!

very nice substitute!
Yes, I recommend this
My son sent me a bottle of Condrieu from M&S last Mother's Day. I really enjoyed it but nearly choked when I went to re-order some for myself as I discovered it cost £39 a bottle. Having searched for a less expensive substitute, I have tried several viognier wines and found this one to be very nice. Not quite up to the standard of the Condrieu but very drinkable nonetheless.

Wrong ABV
Yes, I recommend this
Unfortunately, the AVE quoted was not what was on the bottle, otherwise the quality of the wine was excellent.

An aromatic white
Yes, I recommend this
An aromatic and pleasing white wine, but does lack some depth. Never the less very pleasant, especially for the price (25% off when purchased).

Very Drinkable
Yes, I recommend this
This is a very good wine for the sale price. Probably would not buy at full price as I tend to go for wine round the £4.50 mark.
