28 Day Matured Rump Steaks with Smoked Garlic & Parsley Butter

• Serving: 2 people
• Serving: Each pack serves 1 person
• Pack weight: 380g
• 2 x packs bound together
• Contains: Cow's milk
• Cooking: Pan fry: Heat 1 dessertspoon of oil in a frying pan on high heat. Ensure oil has evenly covered the surface of the pan. Add steak to the pan and reduce to a medium/high heat. Turn steak halfway through cooking.
  Rare: 7-8 mins
  Medium: 9-10 mins
  Well done: 11-12 mins.
  Remove steak from the pan and allow to rest for 3 minutes.
• Drain off excess oil, place butter into the pan and melt gently. Place the steak back into the pan and coat it in butter and then serve. Do not reheat.
• Storage: Keep refrigerated, suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase, use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use.
