Summer Days Classic

I had always used iflorist in the past and had always had been disappointed. These however were well worth the money. I will definitely be using M&S again.

I purchased this bouquet as a present for my father's partner following her illness. The flowers included scented stocks (as described) they set off an allergic reaction, which apparently is quite common but unbeknown to me (there being no allergy warning provided) - she had to get rid of them, as she put it. I was very disappointed and embarrassed. In addition I did not add a special note (not sure the exact terminology) so when they arrived there was no indication as to whom they were from. The recipient then spent some considerable time trying to find this out. It was not made clear that if you didn't add the special note the recipient wouldn't know whom they are from. I was very disappointed and embarrassed. I made a complaint to M&S who rejected it on all counts. I will not be using them again in future and will use John Lewis who still care about their reputation. T & C read.

I sent a summer bouquet to my 86 year old aunt for her birthday despite reading a number of poor reviews on quality of M&S flowers - assuming that the problems would have been resolved. Unfortunately not! When my aunt called to thank me, I asked if the flowers were OK and she admitted that they were not up to the usual standard. She said the least bouquet I sent from NEXT were much nicer - guess who I will be ordering from in future!!!!!

I bought these as a birthday gift and had them delivered. Although I haven't seen them I have been told by the recipient that they are stunning. Boxed and wrapped carefully to protect them perfectly. Recipient said they filled three vases and they received other flowers through interflora which were a huge disappointment compared to these, all greenery and no flowers, whereas they said these were exceptional. Would definitely use M & S again especially as delivery was free. Well worth the money and very easy to order on line.

I ordered these online from Australia for my mother in law's birthday. She said they were lovely :) Marks and Spencer are very good & offer a great service for ex-pats which is more than can be said for NEXT. They wouldn't even let me register from overseas, let alone buy anything! Their loss, and anyway M & S are better! :) Well Done!!
