My friend called to say how delightful the flowers were, very fresh and pretty. The chocies were an extra bonus she thought, very tasty and excellent quality. Would definately order again!

Beautifully fresh
I bought these as a gift and was very pleased with them. The recipient thought they were lovely and very fresh. The little box of chocolates went down well too.

Disappointing quality
I am a regular customer of M&S- buying flowers on average once a month. This bouquet was so disappointing- much smaller than the photo on the website suggests. Imagine the last bouquet in the shop- and you will get the idea. The rose petals were brown at the edges, the small white flowers dried and shrivelled and the White Regina Chrysanthemums were dropping petals after the first day. But Marks and Spencer being well, Marks and Spencer gave me an immediate an full refund within 24 hours after my complaint-no questions asked. Now that is what we all expect of M&S- things go wrong yes- but it's want happens to put things right that's important. Well done M&S! Great customer service!

Schools out bouquet & chocolates
The recipient of this bouquet was delighted with the bouquet saying they were really large blooms and scented. However, I was very disappointed that no chocolates arrived with them as advertised. I had to ask the recipient if she received some chocolates with them, but sadly no.
