terrible quality
My mother in law sent my husband and I this as an anniversary gift. The order was bungled and my mother-in-law only realised it hadn't been processed when she checked her bank statement. After a few phone calls it was finally delivered and, honestly, I've never seen such a pathetic looking planter. It looks NOTHING like the photo on the website. There is more dried up moss visible than planting and those plants that are in it look half dead. I bottled out of telling my mother in law how awful it was because she was already upset the delivery was so late. I'm really quite appalled by the terrible quality.

Do not waste your money!
Do not waste your money, the product quality is far from what you expect from Marks & Spencers, a total let down from start to finish - poor quality tat. My Nana who I bought this for as it was her birthday was extremely disappointed and would not recommend this to anyone, save your money and do not order this product.

Excellent service
We ordered this for my wife's Aunty's birthday. She lives about 300 miles away so a visit was not possible. We ordered it on the day before her birthday and it was delivered, as promised, the following day (postage and packaging free!!). She was highly delighted with the whole package saying the blooms were beautiful. M&S give a really tremendous service both for products and delivery. The whole process is so simple to do online. They even store yours and all your recipients addresses so you don't have to type them in again should you decide to send further bouquets etc. I would thoroughly recommend this service to anybody.

Planred barrel
Everything about the order was superb as usual, naturally cannot comment on longevity as only just received them. They (I ordered one large and 1 small) were delivered on time, packaged really well and the plants were absolutely beautiful. When I opened the box I was met with a wonderful scent from the 'pinks' in the smaller barrel. I buy for my garden and also place one on my mothers grave which looks superb and lasts longer than flowers. I order every few months and the previous orders are still flowing beautifully. My next order will be for small olive trees or bay trees.
