ABOUT THIS WINE: The Burgundy region of France is well-known for its juicy, smooth red wines made from the Pinot Noir grape. This wine is 100% Pinot Noir, from 50 year old vines grown in five prestigious parts of the Burgundy region. It was made by the highest respected winemaker Fabrice Lasene, who aged the wine briefly in oak barrels for subtle spicy hints.

Bourgogne Chardonnay
A fresh and fruity well-balanced white Burgundy, with delicious flavours of citrus fruit and apricot and a well-rounded, buttery note which lingers on the palate

ABOUT THIS WINE: This excellent example of modern, rich white burgundy was made from 100% chardonnay grapes. The grapes were hand-picked from vines aged up to 70 years old, which give exceptionally ripe, concentrated flavours. Winemaker Fabrice Lesne aged the wine in French oak casks for 10 months to add subtle notes of richness and spice.
