Natural Wool Duvet
Perfect for Those with Internal Body Furnaces
As a woman of a certain age, a comfortable nights sleep has been an unattainable goal for quite a while. Having tried very light man made and feather duvets, buying this duvet was a last resort.
It is the most expensive duvet I've ever bought, but it has been worth every penny. When my body temperature is "normal" it is sufficiently warm, even in chilly NE Scotland, to get to sleep cosily. However, it's in the early hours, when my furnace kicks in, that it proves it really does adapt to your body. It's never yet been thrown off the bed.
The weight is also just right and I find that it retains a more stable 'flatness' that means it doesn't move all over the place when you change your sleeping position.

I already have one of these wool quilts but have now bought one for my spare bed as these really are the ultimate in quilts - as advertised they really do keep you warm in winter and cooler in summer. They are quite expensive but in my view well worth it.

not if you are cold blooded.....
I ummed and ahhed over the dedicated 13.5 duck duvet, the all seasons (2 duvets) or this one but was persuaded by the fact it supposedly adapts to your own body temps, which makes it suitable for partners with different heat requirements (I tend to be feel the cold, whilst my husband overheats next to me). However I bought it in September and I'm already cold with it....therefore I will now be purchasing the 13.5 duck duvet and my husband will simply have to remove the duvet if he's too warm. A total waste of money and I would gladly return the thing if it was allowed.

I was unsure as it is thin and very light. However, the first night I woke up once only. Normally I'm waking up every two hours either hot or cold. I've noticed that within minutes of getting under the duvet you feel just the right temperature. My father now wants to try it. He is in his 80's and feels the cold so it will be interesting to hear his feed back.
Wait for 20% day as it makes it more affordable. So far worth every penny.
