Lovely but so so small
The image online made the flowers look larger, not that my mum would have know (mothers day purchase). When I arrived at my mum's I mistook my brothers flowers for mine. She showed the box they arrived in and I felt her disappointment. The box was huge but the flowers so small. She is too polite to say anything.
If the representation had been fair it would not have been a problem
The quality was great and lovely little vase. And the flowers lasted a while which is great.

Too small!
I bought this for my mum for mother's day. It was delivered on Mothering Sunday, early in the morning, and beautifully presented. Mum was very pleased with it and thought it was very pretty. When I visited mum a few days later, I must admit that I was slightly disappointed by the flowers. The bunch was significantly smaller than it appeared in the images, in fact, the stems were about half of the length of the stems on a standard bouquet. While it was pretty, and beautifully fragrant, it did disappoint somewhat, and I don't feel that it was good value for money. Sorry, I have bought many bouquets from M&S before, and always been very pleased in the past.

Disappointing order
Ordered this bouquet for my mum and mother in law for Mother's Day. Was really disappointed with the general lack of flowers, the poor quality, and the small size of the bouquet. Misled by the picture.
I wouldn't recommend this item to others .

Small!
In my opinion this arrangement is smaller than the image represents - It's fine, but not great value for money. Wish i'd sent a proper bouquet.
