Good present but...
Whilst not a plant expert my mum (for whom they were a present) is, and reckons the root ball was quite unstable in the pot and the roots themselves dry. I saw how they were packaged and was impressed, and (especially as there was a sale on) overall I think they were good value and look nice as ornamental standards.

Beautiful scent!
I brought this pair of lavender trees as they worked out better value for money, I kept one and gave one as a present.
The scent when I opened the box was lovely!
They were packaged very well, the pots were in-cased in brown hessian with lovely green bows.
The only negative comment I have to make, is that when you remove this lovely packaging, the trees are very unstable in the pot very wobbly, and unfortunately mine fell over
I re-potted them both, they are fine now and are doing very well, I cannot comment on the longevity as they only arrived a week ago.

Not as Big as the Picture
These pair of Lavender Standards are not as big as the picture shows, saying that i have potted them into bigger patio pots a week ago, and i think they may have grown slightly.
They arrived on stated day, and packaging was excellent.
They look lovely either side of patio doors, lets hope they grow bigger through the summer.
I would reccommend, but i did get 20% off, so that was a bonus.

I bought two lavender trees for my son and his wife for their birthdays and they were delighted with their gift.
