Ordered this cake for my Son's 11th Birthday and he loved the cake....I am very impressed with Marks and Spencer's Cakes, I have bought there cakes since my son has been 1 years old and never disappointed.

This was a fabulous cake, much larger than we expected which was good as we had more people at the party than the number it said it would have served on the in the cake book. Everyone loved it, the way it was iced was very realistic and it tasted lovely, very moist, it made the party. Would highly recommend this cake for the golfer in your life.

The cake looked marvellous and served it's visual purpose but it didn't taste brilliant and the accessories, e.g. the golf clubs, the towel, were pure thick and chunky icing. The cake didn't have a light texture and was simply ok. My son's mother-in-law had an anniversary party on the same night and had a cake made by a local cake making business that tasted light, sweet and wonderful.

Although sponge was tasty there was far too much very thick icing so not much cake.

The golf bag cake I bought for my husbands 70th birthday was fabulous. He even thought that the blue icing towel was real. It was really professional. The jam and cream cake was lovely and moist. Everyone commented on what a beautiful cake it was. The cake cut really well into nice pieces. It wasn't a huge cake, just right. We got about 25 generous portions from cake.

This cake is perfect for the mad golfer; beautifully made and decorated, the sponge cake filled with buttercream and raspberry jam is delicious! A real stunner!

Bought this for my husbands birthday. It looked fabulous and tasted delicious. The sponge was nice and moist and the fondant icing was soft and very tasty. Don't know how many it would cater for as there were only 20 at the party and at least half the cake was left over to be divided up and given out to people who didn't attend the party. Well done M & S!

Bought this for hubbies BD party. It was cut up at the end and passed around, everyone enjoyed it. It cut into about 45 pieces. Whilst they weren't huge portions they were plenty big enough to end our meal. A lovely moist sponge. A very impressive cake

A lovely moist fresh sponge with layers of jam and cream. A big hit with everyone. Decoration was excellent in its detail. Choice of colour would have been nice. However it didn't spoil the flavour.

Impressive to look at but icing rather thick and suggested number of portions exaggerated.

Brought this for my husband birthday!!! All his mates loved it, lovely cake and the detail on the was brilliant could not have made one for the price I paid. Great centre piece for the buffet table.
