A nice surprise a box arrived with lovely plants
My green fingered 92 year old Uncle who recently moved out of his house into a two roomed flat ( so all in one kitchen, sitting room, dining room) was absolutely thrilled. He wrote:
"This morning I had a nice surprise a box arrived with lovely plants Azalea, Cyclamen and a nice flowering plant I do not know the name of so the flat looks lovely....I have displayed them on the kitchen windowsill"
I will let him know the name of the plant that he didn't know - Kalancho. Do the plants have labels on them I wonder.

Dead looking flowers
Potted flowers arrive dead looking. I ordered them due to the previous two reviews but was really disappointed when told the quality was pretty bad.

A big disappointment
I live in Canada and send gifts to family and friends through M&S, always relying on their excellent quality. I sent this to my father who is an invalid at home.
One of the plants arrived in quite a sad state and is dead already after one week. Not quite what I expected - needless to say, a big disappointment - especially since he made a point of telling me this when I called him.

The positive responses from all three keen gardener recipients were most welcome as all elderly relatives deserve a lovely surprise and to hear that all were thrilled with the plants and the pots (and the tips on plant care), I will definitely use the M and S service again.
Although M & S stated that delivery may be delayed due to high demand the plants arrived the next day.
