Beautiful Fantastic light when up a little tricky to get up as it is quite heavy - but that also tells you that it is a quality product. Only reason I did not give it all 5 stars was there was a crystal strand and a strand broken but I'm hoping customer services is going to sort that one for me real soon! Looks fantastic in a long period entrance hall . 16 May 2013

Fantastic Purchased two for bedroom and they look fantastic. Product details incorrect (size and drop). We altered the drop on the light otherwise you would have walked into it. Glass droplets are an added bonus. Excellent value for money particularly as purchased on an 'offer'. 13 March 2013
