Disappointed I have to say that this item did not come up to the standard expected from M&S. It was extremely flimsy and although it would open it did not click into place therefore it would not stay open. I returned it to an M&S branch. It was to be a gift I can only say it was a good job I had tried it before wrapping it as the recipient would have been sorely disappointed. Although I have given it a 'good' rating for style I have given it a bad a bad rating overall as it was not fit for purpose. Likewise the low score for value for money. 19 January 2013

Dogtooth Umbrella Lovely to look at and ideal for the rain but has anyone else had problems with the clasp when you push it up? Sometimes clasp clips into place and other times is very difficult to push clasp into place. 18 November 2012
