Disco Ball Ceiling Light
Excellent - if tricky to put up.
First off, thanks Shazjam for your earlier review, without which I would still be scratching my head and wondering how on earth to put this shade up. By far the fiddliest lampshade I've ever had to install - M&S, seriously, some instructions wouldn't go amiss - the trick is to unscrew the silver bracket, attach that to your light fitting, complete with bulb, and then replace the actual shade and screw the sliver bracket back into place. Not the easiest job when you are half way up a ladder - you'll definitely need another pair of hands to help - but, that said, it is worth it. Looks incredibly stylish and far, far more expensive than it actually is. We've used it in my teenage son's bedroom - but it would work just as well in general living areas, particularly if you had a row of them.
I just hope the light bulb doesn't blow for a while.

I have two in my bedroom and they look lovely. A bit tiddly to put up and we needed two of us and someone with dexterous fingers.

I was looking for something a bit different for our bedroom, trying to avoid traditional shades or anything too fussy. This fitting was perfect; contemporary, simple, tasteful and very reasonably priced. It looks particularly good when illuminated.
At first I struggled to work out how to install it, eventually realising I needed to unscrew and attach the bracket to the light fitting before putting the shade over the top. Once this dawned, it only took [my husband] a couple of minutes with some stepladders.

Is it the sun, is it the moon?
In front of our high bedroom window with a clear flex it looks like the moon. Love it, robust yet looks classy and far more expensive than it is.
