Disappointed!

Sent this bouquet as a mother's day gift to my mum and later told the roses were wilting and the white roses were turning brown on the day they were delivered. Living overseas I ordered from M&S because trust them for quality as never failed me in the past, so very disappointed. However, customer services handled the complaint my mum sent well and responded in an appropriate and timely manner. Will order wine next time though!

Mother's day flowers

I was appauled by the poor standard of quality flowers we received. The roses were old, wilted and decomposing. Not worth £30, and not M&S standard at all. Extremely disappointed and I won't be using them again!

The delivery service was fantastic. But the flowers themselves were just a bit average - I'd hoped for a bit more for £30. They weren't awful, I just didn't feel they looked like they cost as much as they did.

Extremely disappointing
No, I don't recommend this
This were organised for me by my husband. While the bouquet contained all the stems specified online, they have been really disappointing. There is far too much foliage which completely overwhelms the six roses, plus the 2 stems of oriental lilies have still not flowered 6 days later while the roses are now dying! Very poor value for money and I would not purchase again.

My son gave me this Bouquet for mothers day, I cut stems of roses and added plant feed, so disappointed the roses didn't open, just drooped after one day!!.not your normal standard Marks and Spencers .

Disappointing Mothers day bunch

I bought these for mothers day as a nice surprise, rather than going to a sub standard 'e-store' I thought Mark's and Spencer's would be a safe bet for quality and I didn't mind spending that little bit extra for that guarantee. Unfortunately I was disappointed, the bunch was mostly greenery and contained around 3/4 actual flowers. My mum was happy with them of course (she would of been happy with something I picked from the garden!) but I just expected a little bit more. Needless to say I probably won't order flowers from here again.

Replacement for Christmas flowers

Arrived on 4th Jan as replacement for a flower gift that was not delivered for Christmas. Well packaged. No message on gift card. I was glad that I had been told that they were coming as there was no indicator of the sender of the flowers. Flowers not as described above, the bouquet contained 3 cerise roses, 3 red roses, a couple of pink spray flowers with small heads that I cannot identify, 2 sprays of pink and white lilies and some bi-colour hard stemmed foliage. One of the red roses shed half its petals as the package was unwrapped and one lily bud was hanging by a thread from the stem. I believe that the company has been very fair to the person who ordered the flowers for me. Having waited into the New Year for the flowers I had given up on their arrival. I was not impressed with the flowers I was sent.

Yet again M&S flowers arrived when they said and blooms are exactly as per description. Plus I have been shown pics by my sister in law that 4 days after they arrived the blooms are looking better and better and the room is filled with the perfume. Well done M&S

My Mum of 81 was delighted with these flowers. She told me how she had roses and lilies in her wedding bouquet and as my Dad only died a couple of years ago I think she found the flowers very special. A time inspired classic with beautiful flowers
