David Austin Arrangement - disappointing April 9, 2009

I received the arrangement very quickly from time of order. I followed the instructions provided but after a couple of days it all started to look very sad. I would have expected it to have lasted at least a week as is the case with supermarket bought bunches. in my opinion this arrangement is not worth the cost.

Worst M&S display April 4, 2009

I ordered this display for my wife's birthday in March as I was working in the Middle East and when I arrived home the following day I was shocked at the presentation.My wife called M&S to complain and another David Austin arrangement was sent and this was also in poor condition.
The first flowers in the arrangement were all dead within 4 days.

To be fair to M&S they did refund me my money.
Not value for money and definately the worst boquet from M&S.

My wife was sent this arrangement for Mother's Day from my daughter. It arrived mid afternoon on Sunday and she was thrilled. We noticed the box was damp but thoght this was just a spillage. After carefully watering she put the arrangement in the centre of the table on a mat (as per instrutions) to avoid scratching. It was only later she noticed the mat and table were soaking wet. Close examination showed a hairline crack in the vase from which the water was leaking.
A wonderful present that turned out an unfortunate disaster.
