• Cooking: Oven: Preheat oven 200°C / Fan 170°C / 400°F / Gas mark 6. Remove all packaging, place product on a roasting tray. Place directly on middle shelf of oven, after the first 45 minutes of cooking time, cover with foil.
  For Medium: 1 hour 45 minutes.
  Well done: 2 hours 10 minutes.
  Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving. Do not reheat
