failed after 2 days
after using twice the latch failed to engage, so we had to trot back to the shop and get a refund

Toaster
Works fine but when it switches off the side lever doesn't go right up automatically-have to raise it last bit by hand to get toast out.
No light or any indication whether bagel button has been pressed and no idea what it does anyway!

A bit disappointing
The booklet gives some ridiculously unnecessary instructions but the the one thing it failed to mention was that it is actually quite difficult to see what number you have got it set on for toasting. It is actually just a raised marker rather than a coloured marker. Once we had worked out how to operate it it worked well.

Very good toaster
This is a very good toaster that does toast very well, you have to have the setting a bit low otherwise it burns the toast. The big question is what is the bagel setting for??
