These are a Christmas gift. Cannot therefore comment if they are true-to-size. I can say they make a good first impression. Nice style & the sole looks like it will wear well. Never had a quality issue with M&S slippers before and can't see these will give any problems either!

These are the only slippers I know that my husband has wanted to buy more of so much so this time I had to order two pairs.He is a size 11 shoe/slipper so sometimes can find it awkward to get slippers to fit .Very pleased with product.It was the insole that had gone inside really which made him have more ,the rest of the slipper was fine.
