SERVING: This Chardonnay is delicious with all manner of white meat and pasta dishes. Serve around 10-12°C.
KEEPING: Although this wine drinking well now, it will keep for a further two years from the date of purchase if stored correctly, on its side in a cool dark place. Once opened the wine will remain in good condition for up to two days if resealed and stored in the refrigerator.
