Bad design
I bought these gorgeous shoes over a month ago. I bought my normal size (the next size up slipped on & off) and have only worn them around the house so far, trying to 'break them in'. Unfortunately due to the design, where it's a material rather than leather trim around the foot part, I'm finding it really tough going. The material just doesn't 'give' at all and I'm left with deep ridge marks on my foot. I'm really disappointed as I'd hoped to wear them on my holiday next month. I really don't know what to do, whether to persevere or take them back. Why on earth did the designers put a 'non giving' trim around this shoe. Apart from that the leather is lovely and the colour is great, will go with most things.

Leather Pumps
I ordered this item on line and found that one shoe was badly made and so the pair had to be returned. However, the M&S return system was faultless. I was just unfortunate.

Nice Shoe
Haven't worn these out yet but so far they seem a good fit. I've been looking for shoes to wear with jeans or cropped trousers for ages and have looked at these several times but hadn't tried them as I thought they looked a bit 'old style' but they look better than I thought they would. I don't like them so flat and would prefer a bit more heel but they seem ok. True to size and nice colour.
