ABOUT THIS WINE: An exciting new-wave Spanish white made from the local Macabeo grape in the up-and-coming region of Utiel-Requena. Winemaker Pablo Ossorio has created a modern style of fruity, easy-drinking wine from a traditional Spanish grape variety by using the very latest production techniques.
SERVING: Serve lightly chilled. This makes an ideal party wine or aperitif, as it is delightfully refreshing, or pair it with light savoury snacks, seafood, tapas, salads and mildly spiced Thai cuisine.
KEEPING: This wine is at its best while it is young and fresh. Enjoy it within 3 months of purchase. Once opened, store the resealed bottle in the fridge and drink it up within a couple of days.

I think this wine represents excellent value for money and would recommend for an easy party wine that can be drunk with anything. Good M&S product as ever. Thank you!

Great Easy Going, great with fish, pasta , pizza. its light not too heavy, I buy it when ever im in M&S, or in this case by the case! as a treat to myself, at a great value price too!

Have just bought our second case of this wine, we all really like it, excellent value for money when on offer and just a great easy wine, I'm not a wine buff so can't comment on fancy winey bits for you, but it's a refreshing yummy wine which goes down far to well!!!
